Inspection for products with a monetary value with VISION EXPERT 4000
Products with a monetary value include very many different products, such as stamps, tax strips, event tickets, lottery tickets, vouchers and many more. These products represent monetary values and so are protected against forgery and have security features.
It is therefore a must that products with a monetary value and security products are absolutely error-free. Print image inspection with high detail resolution enables minor, random flaws to be detected and defective parts to be separated out. The Vision Expert 4000 checks the constant motif parts, i.e. the print, any perforations or stamping and optionally finishing components such as UV varnish and foil stamping. Watermarks, embedding of material and microwriting cannot be examined optically. These are reserved for separate inspections with special functions.
Production-related flaws are detected and reported the moment they occur, meaning that widespread flaws are reliably averted. The result is flaw-free production with quality certificate (the test logs are used for this).
